Site work and addition to a service station / car wash facility in Airdrie, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 2,484-square-foot, one-story above grade service station / car wash facility.
Construction of new wash bay. Existing wash bay will be decommissioned and turned over to Fleet Business Unit for their use. The intent of this work is complete an expansion to the existing facility. Provide examples and detailed descriptions of two (2) wash bay projects that are similar to the Citys Deliverables, from the past five (510) years that your organization has completed. Please include the following components: i. Project size (sq ft) ii. Deep service installation (Sanitary, water, OGS installation) iii. Industrial manual wash iv. Industrial wash bay corrosion resistance v. weather proofing vi. OH door specific high speed rubber vii. Heating unit (gas fired radiant installation) viii.
