Includes all labor, materials and equipment to sandblast and repaint the 100,000 gallon, ground water storage tank, inside and out, and to provide a seventy-two month tank maintenance program which includes inspections of the Town Tank and the Clearwell at the WTP, etc. The Owner requires the Tank Renovation Project to be completed in 75 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Contractor shall provide a copy of their Alabama General Contractor License with their bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids.
