Scope: The purpose of this Quick Quote is to solicit quotes from qualified contractors to install landscape, install irrigation system, and install fence in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Quote. HOUSING REHABILITATION FOR NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES DIVISION The City will HOLD a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All Bidders are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. It is highly recommended for Bidder visit site to provide physical inspection and quote price. Permit fees should be included in the line items. Cost should be staggered within. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of the solicitation. All questions or clarification inquiries must be submitted through Periscope (formerly) by the date and time referenced in the solicitation document (including any addenda). The City will respond to all questions via Periscope. The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax.
