The City of Delray Beach, Florida (City) is requesting INFORMATION ONLY responses to this Request for Information (RFI) from qualified firms and other entities that may be interested in submitting a technical and cost proposal to provide the City with Golf Course Management services for the current Delray Beach Golf Course. The Delray Beach Golf Course is approximately 148.52 acres and is well-located along West Atlantic Avenue and just west of Interstate 95. The City's preference is for interested parties to provide the upgrades, renovations, and management services with a potential long term lease or other contractual arrangement to develop the Delray Beach Golf Course at limited to no cost to the City. Respondents are informed that City Staff reserves the right to share the submittals with the City Commission. This RFI is intended solely for the City to gauge interest and obtain information that the City may use to consider the best strategy for the potential project. The City will not hold a Pre-Bid Conference. It is the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure all pages are included in the submission. All respondents are advised to closely examine the solicitation package. Questions and Answers: The City provides a specified time for Vendors to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the requirements of this RFI. The City will respond to all questions via Electronically. Deadline for Delivery of Questions January 26, 2024 @ 5:00 PM The City of Delray Beach is exempt from Federal and State Taxes for tangible personal property tax. The City of Delray Beach reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Statement of Interest, in whole or in part, with or without cause, to waive any irregularities and/or technicalities, as it deems will best serve the interests of the City.
