The project is located at 4901 Bennetts Pasture Rd, Suffolk, VA 23435. The project scope of work is generally comprised of minor selective demolition of acoustical ceiling tile and suspended grid, light fixtures and associated electrical devices throughout. The scope of work also includes new 2'x2' acoustical ceiling tile and grid, replacement LED light fixtures tied to existing electrical panels and reinstallation of miscellaneous electrical devices. The work shall be performed during off-hours and shall be phased, in coordination with school administration.
