Deployment of ACC Enterprise System is expected to replicate existing parallel environments. Pursuant to Public Act 15-5, this contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including non-discrimination statutes and set-aside requirements. State law requires a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the state-funded portion of the contract be set aside for award to subcontractors holding current certification from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services. The contractor must demonstrate good faith effort to meet the 25% set-aside goals. This project is subject to requirements set forth in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The awarded contractor will be responsible to follow and provide all requirements set by the United States Treasurys State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF). This project is subject to prevailing wage rates. The successful bidder shall include any additional costs associated with prevailing wage rates as part of its bid. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid, to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in its judgment is in its best interest. Bids must be firm and may not be withdrawn for a period of 90 days following the bid opening. The Contractor will take affirmative action to ensure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their race, color, religion, gender, or national origin.
