Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Dublin, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of August 23, 2024, this project is in the conceptual phase. A design firm anticipated to be selected in 2025, with construction starting in 2026. This project is included in the City of Dublin's fiscal years 2024-2029 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). A detailed scope has not yet been released. Project design services are programmed in 2025 for the renovation of the Ballantrae Park water features, sculpted concrete wall, lighting, and plaza area due to general wear and tear over the years. Concrete decking and walls have cracked and deteriorated over the years. There have been notable amounts of water leakages impacting the operations of the feature. The project also updates the spray nozzles, lighting and equipment, as needed. Additionally, a better access hatch solution will be explored to eliminate the heavy paver caps over the water return troughs currently installed. Replacement furnishings and shade elements will be explored for locations outside the view corridor to the public art and water features. Renovations will keep the water features safe and operational for future years. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
