Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Dublin, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Update: The back lot of the service center needs resurfacing. This lot is used for storage and parking for the majority of the City's service vehicles and equipment. Rehabilitation was previously scheduled but delayed to coordinate with the EV charging station installation to provide a clean surface after construction. This work is necessary to provide a safe and reliable parking area for the city's service vehicles and equipment. The estimate is based on previous parking lot work costs with an inflation factor provided by ODOT. The work will also include resurfacing the service drive between the Service Center and the Fleet Complex. Fiscal year 2024-2028 *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
