Only proposals from firms securing proposal documents from the Slidell Planning Department will be acknowledged.The City of Slidell is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consultants to prepare a Stormwater Master Plan. With public and stakeholder engagement, this comprehensive document will establish stormwater goals for the City, inventory and analyze the City's stormwater infrastructure, evaluate existing stormwater and related regulations and policies, and assess development patterns to accommodate future development and annexation expectations. The project includes development of a Repetitive Loss Area Analysis and Flood Prevention Plan to complement the City's existing CRS and floodplain management program. Firms should have experience in performing and coordinating this type of work. The work will include performing all services set forth in the Request for Proposals (RFP) packet. An executed affidavit and attestation form must be submitted prior to award. General liability and Professional liability insurance will be required listing the City
of Slidell as an additional insured for any candidate awarded the contract. All proposals, bids and applications are welcome. The city encourages participation by Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise firms.
