Each bid must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, and payable without condition to the owner. Bid security for those bids submitted by sealed envelope must only be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or original bid bond document, as outlined in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right, in accordance with law, to reject any and all bids. Bid documents shall be obtained through the Architect, City Blueprint, or online.
