Commercial Swimming Pool renovation services for the Swimming Pool located at the Lincoln Park Middle School located at 3215 West 3rdStreet Duluth, MN 55806. Pool renovation needs under consideration: Full Chip Plaster Resurface Indoor Lap Pool as follows: Pool 60' x 75' rectangle; 3' to 6 1/2 ft depth 270' perimeter, 6408 ft2 Saw cut and chip under gutter and all fittings as necessary. Completely chip out plaster down to the shell or bondable surface. Clean pool to prepare for bond coating. Install a bonded base coat and cure. Install 8 lap lanes and 16 targets along with depth tiles. Install belly band (Center Line) tile. Install a premium, smooth troweled quartz plaster w/ blue exposed aggregate (or equivalent) finish (additional color or change in color available upon request). Install new main drain covers - Confirm Qty. needed and type on site. The available start date for the renovation will be May 17th 2024.
