CONTRACT TERM: From FEBRUARY 1, 2024 through DECEMBER 31, 2024. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids. SCOPE The Williamsville Central School District is seeking bids for Tree Removal, Trimming and Stump Grinding services. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, supervision, supplies, tools, equipment and other means necessary or proper for performing and completing the work. a. The contractor will schedule work to be performed within two (2) weeks of issuance of District Purchase Order (PO). The contractor shall notify the District a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of approved work. b. For tree removal and trimming, the contractor will be responsible for the removal and disposal of all wood and debris as part of their bid price. C. The contractor is NOT responsible for the removal and disposal of the wood chips from stump grinding. d. The bid price for all tree removal, trimming and stump grinding services shall include traffic control (if required). INSPECTION Quality of service shall be subject to inspection by the District at any time. Should it be found that quality of services being performed is not satisfactory, and that the requirements of the specifications are not being met, the District may terminate the contract and employ another Contractor to fulfill contract requirements.
