Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in New Britain, Connecticut. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Washington Park Master project will include: building demolition, construction of a splash pad and all related electrical band bathing house requirements, athletic field upgrades, including artificial turf soccer field; scoreboard, resurfacing of two basketball courts with lighting, drainage and electricity, dog park upgrades, installation of a picnic pavilion, playground upgrade and expansion, spectator seating, parking lot upgrades, and all other related upgrades as needed. As of November 30, 2023, this project is included in the City of New Britain's Fiscal Year 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and funding for construction is allotted in FY 2028. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
