The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Snow Removal and Sanding Services, Westville Lake Project areas, Southbridge, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnishing all equipment, materials, labor and transportation necessary for Snow Removal and Sanding Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. This is a request for offers at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date are within the solicitation. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted. The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access www.SAM.gov. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The Westville Dam project area is located at 200 Marjorie Lane, in Southbridge, MA. The contract period of performance for the base year will be from contract award to 31 October 2024. In addition, the government may exercise two optional years with the same scope of services. Option year one will have a contract period of performance of 01 November 2024 to 31 October 2025. Option year two will have a contract period of performance of 01 November 2025 to 30 April 2026.
