Relocation and installation of two (2) previously constructed modular classroom units from Niverville, Manitoba to existing Ecole Crescentview School in Portage la Prairie. Furnish, fabricate (where necessary), and install all fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) items, with all appurtenances, accessories and incidentals necessary to produce a complete, operable and serviceable installation as shown on drawings and as specified herein. 1 Coordinate with electrical, provide and install dedicated 120V circuit as required for control works; wiring methods to Division 26 standards. 2 Responsibility for all control wiring and low-voltage panels, mounting and operational commissioning of control related devices and of loose supplied controls provided by others as part of a packaged equipment supply. 3.Wiring required under this section to be performed by this section except as noted otherwise. Refer to Division 26 for wiring methods and conduit systems required by all wiring performed under this section. 4. Provide O&M training as noted in 21 05 01 General Provisions - Mechanical. Responsibility for packaged equipment system controls installation, testing and commissioning as supplied by other sections of Division 23 including responsibility for any miscellaneous field control wiring and sensor/device mounting to achieve the required packaged controls sequence of operation, including, .1Control wiring and mounting of CU-1 (x2) remote control panels and devices, 2 Control wiring and mounting of VUV-1 (x2) remote control panels and devices, 3 Control wiring and mounting of space thermostats. 4 Control wiring and mounting of devices as shown in mechanical drawings. Bids are to be accompanied by security deposit as follows: Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of Bid price. Accepted Bidder must provide a Performance Assurance Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract amount, and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 50% of the Contract amount.
