Reference Number 0000336423 The Ulster County Department of Public Works, Buildings and Grounds Division, is seeking qualified bids for the replacement of three existing Sellers, dual fuel, fire-tube boilers with two Fulton VTG-6000DF, and two DeDetreich GT-530A-25 boilers, including new breeching installed on a consolidated concrete housekeeping pad. A new Alfa-Laval heat exchanger, pumps, separators, and expansion tank are also scheduled for installation. The also includes installation of seven PVI manufactured electric water heaters at various mechanical spaces within the facility. The work will also include the flushing of the existing heat-pipe loop and branch lines and a new glycol solution shall be installed and tested. An existing ten-thousand gallon, above ground, steel fuel oil storage tank is to be removed and the associated piping and tank monitoring system is to be modified.
