Renovation of a residential development in Lake Linden, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Project consists of work at 2 apartment buildings, Maple Lane and Rustic Meadows, and also work at 16 residential houses for the Lake Linden Housing Commission. Work will be split into 2 Phases. Phase 1 will consist of installing a new fire alarm system, replacing/adding door hardware and door closers on existing door slabs, installing keypad access to main entry doors at both apartment buildings, remove and replace a slab door and remove existing slab door and infill wall. Phase 1 also includes installing hardwired smoke. carbon monoxide detectors in all 16 houses, replacing/adding door hardware and replacing all windows on all 16 houses. Phase 2 will consist of adding air conditioning in hallways at both apartment buildings, asphalt shingle replacement on 3 residential houses, exterior painting at 4 residential houses, and waterproofing foundations and adding drain tile at 3 residential houses. Project 2 - Reroofing and Painting: Removal and replacement of asphalt shingles and underlayment at 4 residential houses and exterior painting at 4 residential houses. Project 3 - Window Replacements at 16 Houses: Removal and replacement of windows at 16 residential houses. Project 4 - CorridorAC at Rustic Meadows and Maple Lane: HVAC work at both apartment buildings. Project 5 - Site Work: Waterproofing foundations and adding drain tile at 3 residential houses. work substantially complete by September 13, 2024, with final completion October 11, 2024.
