Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Max Meadows, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
HVAC Replacement at two locations within New River Trail State Park. The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to conduct a one-time solicitation to furnish and install one (1) HVAC split system for use within New River Trail State Park's Foster Falls Depot and one (1) HVAC mini-split system to be installed at the Foster Falls Boat and Bike Livery. Award shall be made on a grand total basis. All questions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Cristina Garcia (804) 625-3973 cristina.garcia@dcr.virginia.gov The contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supplies and supervision to remove and dispose of the old unit, replace and render operational one (1) new, like in kind and type, HVAC unit to be installed at the Visitor's Center. All work associated with this project shall be completed within thirty (30) days from award. Work to be completed Monday-Friday beginning at 8:00AM and coordinated with the Park Office.
