Site work for a water / sewer project in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Village is requesting submission of proposals from Proponent(s) with proven experience in storm water drainage to provide a construction approach and execute the necessary improvement work. The extent of work is on Esplanade Ave between Hot Springs Road and Chehalis Street. All metal grates are to be removed and catch basins are to be added to eliminate any standing water. All road improvements to eliminate standing water will be required. The Work includes, but is not limited to, design, supply, delivery, installation, provision of all labour, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and incidentals necessary for drainage improvements. a) Provide written construction approach to address drainage concerns. b) Survey, layout, site management and safety, as well as quality control testing and measures needed to demonstrate the work is constructed to meet the standards and layout of the design drawings and project documents and specifications. c) Removal of trench drain system on Esplanade Ave. Install a new drainage system that eliminates any standing water and is not a hazard to vehicles or pedestrians. All concrete and asphalt work to be included. d) Repair any damaged concrete curbs in the work area. e) Asphalt remediation.
