The Meridian Airport Authority invites statements of qualifications and experience from firms interested in providing professional services for projects over the next five (5) years. This work is expected to be accomplished during the course of several grant projects. Selection criteria, the expected schedule of projects, scope of work and required services are available upon request from the Authority. Three copies of the submission are requested, though not required. In accordance with the policy of the Department of Transportation, 49CFR, Part 23, the Authority will adopt a program establishing Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for this solicitation and the following provisions as contained in the FAAs "Guidelines for Contract Provisions for Obligated Sponsors and Airport Improvement Program Projects" apply: o Notice of Requirement for Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Equal Employment Opportunity o Buy American Preference o Civil Rights Title VI Solicitation notice o Davis Bacon Requirements o Debarment and Suspension o Federal Fair Labor Standards Act o Foreign Trade Restriction Certification o Lobbying and Influencing Federal Employees o Recovered Materials Authority reserves the right to select more than one professional and to initiate additional procurement action for any of the services included if Authority so desires.
