Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Spanish Springs, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Scope of Work: Approximately 131 Square Feet of running track repairs for a 400M, 8 lane track, 4-150 foot runways for pole vault, long jump, and high jump d-zone including all surface preparation, various crack repairs and leveling. A 3mm re-top of the existing rubber surface with specified striping. In addition, crack sealing of all adjacent curbs and valley gutters is to be included. An additional 100 Square Feet at various locations shall be considered as contingency within base bid of work. Question Deadline: Wed 12/20/2023 04:30 PM* Questions submitted online. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project.
