Hudson River Park Trust ("Trust") seeks proposals from general construction contractors to provide general contractor services on an as needed "On Call" basis to the Trust from time to time as requested by the Trust for various construction, capital maintenance, and repair projects. The On-Call Services shall generally include, but not be limited to: 1) interior fit-out and repair work; (2) carpentry and finishing work; (3) mechanical, HVAC and plumbing work; (4) electrical work (both interior and exterior); (5) system controls; (6) exterior facade, waterproofing and roofing work; (7) exterior civil/site work, including excavation; (8) marine construction; (9) testing procedures/probes; (10) maintenance work in parks and other open spaces; (11) landscaping and irrigation; (12) masonry and pavement; and (13) street and utility work, as more specifically described in the RFP. The contractor shall be experienced in all aspects of the services. Respondents are required to disclose any conflict of interest(s) that may preclude them from participating in this solicitation, including participation in other Trust contracts. The Trust is an equal opportunity contracting agency. Any resulting contracts will include provisions mandating compliance with Executive Law Article 15A and the regulations promulgated there under.
