Question Deadline 12/08/2023 at 10:00 AM CT .All questions must be submitted through the electronic bidding system , Answers to the questions will be posted by 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2023. One or more consultants will be selected to provide planning, programing, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and associated environmental services for up to a 5-year period. Selected consultant(s) will assist with developing a 5-year CIP and support for annual CIP documentation with implementation of various identified airport projects. Consultant(s) shall provide expertise in the evaluation of project priorities, scheduling, cost estimating, and planning studies to identify future projects and funding requirements. Provide data to aid in the decision-making process related to federal grant funding of capital planning projects and shall develop detailed CADD and GIS mapping of specific projects with reports for airport staff. The consultant(s) will provide general evaluation and programing of airport infrastructure, facility, NEPA, and associated environmental services which may include, but is not limited to, the development of project scopes, and cost estimates to identify development requirements. The work may include follow up on airport NEPA services such as Categorical Exclusion (CATX) and Environmental Assessment (EA) The compensation for all professional services under this Contract shall not exceed $750,000 for any one individual project. The City and its Trust reserve the right to award the Contract(s) or not and to revise the Scope of Services and/or the Project scope or description, as may be in the best interest of the City or Trust.
