Site work and renovation of a hospitality development in Bramwell, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
The Bramwell Foundation, owner of the Pence Hotel, 106 Main St, Bramwell, WV, is requesting a bid for major structural stabilization of the interior floors of the three-story building. The Project Includes the Installation of Concrete Wall Footings, Wood Floor Joists, Steel Beams and Steel Support Pipes to Stabilize the Existing Structure. 230430 The Project Completion Date is No Later Than June 30, 2024, and Will Be Reviewed by the West Virginia State Preservation Office. Contractors Will Be Selected Based Upon 1) Cost, 2) Experience With Similar Historic Preservation Projects, and 3) Proven Ability to Complete the Project. The Contractor Must Carry Out the Described Work in Compliance With the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. Source of Funding/Funding Requirements: Partial funds for this project are through the WV State Historic Preservation Office and all work must be approved by the SHPO prior to payment. All applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations apply
