Responses that are submitted untimely shall be rejected. Scope. The Contractor shall provide all goods or services and deliverables as required, described, and detailed in the Scope or Specifications set forth in the Invitation to Bid and meet all service and delivery timelines as specified by the Invitation to Bid. ITB and certifies that all goods or services included in the response meet or exceed the Scope or Specifications of this ITB. The respondent agrees that, if it is awarded a contract, it will deliver goods or services that meet or exceed the specifications in this ITB. On-site Inspection. All respondents should visit the site to take exact measurements and examine the premises to become familiar with any problems or unusual circumstances. No allowances will be made by the State for errors in quotations due to any respondent not visiting the site prior to submitting their response. Respondents shall be responsible for their own measurements. After the pre-bid conference, a final copy of the invitation to bid reflecting any changes will be issued to vendors on the bid list. The invitation to bid will have a designated closing date and time and must be completed and returned for bidding purposes. This project must start by January 2nd , 2024, and must be completed by March 1st, 2024. All bids over $100,000 shall include provisions for a payment bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the contract price Contractor, employees, or sub-contractors shall be licensed, certified, or registered as required. They shall be registered in the State of Tennessee Edison purchasing system.
