Design Build - The VA Palo Alto Healthcare System is seeking proposals to provide comprehensive design/build services to modernize the HVAC system and controls serving the Surgery Department on the VA Palo Alto main campus in Palo Alto, California. This work consists of replacing the air handling unit that serves the Surgery Department, upgrading variable air volume boxes and exhaust air valves that serve the operating rooms and clean core spaces to high precision air valves, upgrading controllers on existing variable air volume boxes and exhaust air valves, and adding pressure monitoring and control. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: $5M - $10M Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 560 calendar days
