Site work and paving for a civil project in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the construction of a 250' x 50' x 18' eave height pre-engineered metal building, including, but not limited to, site grading, subgrade preparation, select fill placement, foundation footings, storm drainage pipe, Class II base course, asphaltic concrete, electrical, and related work as described in the Contract Documents. Bidders that wish to submit electronic bids online will be charged a fee In addition, bidders shall be required to obtain a digital signature certificate prior to submitting bids online. Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are appropriately licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2164. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for just cause and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
