Renovation of a municipal facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Insert the number assigned by the designer to each addenda received (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc.) or zero, if none, in the additional field provided. Include your company name, address, e-mail, phone and fax numbers. When the total Quote with alternates is $150,000 or more, do not submit a quote. If there are not any contractors who submit a quote for less than $150,000, then we will reissue this project as an IFB.
