Site work and renovation of a detention facility in Mauston, Wisconsin. Design plans call for the renovation of a detention facility; and for site work for a detention facility.
As of December 1, 2023, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the early design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: HEALTH SERVICES - SECURE TREATMENT FACILITY, MAUSTON This project will repair the exterior masonry of Buildings A-F and G at Sandridge Secure Treatment Center. Work will also include tuckpointing, masonry repairs, and exterior painting. There will be civil grading, new expansion joints and sealants. Projects will be phased to limit safety and operations of the facilities and buildings. This project is required to maintain the building envelope at the original buildings of SRSTC. The brick veneer is deteriorating due to moisture caught behind the wall.
