Outside Cable Plant - Provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to install copper and fiber optic outside cable plants in accordance with all specifications, drawings and resultant contract documents. Provide all parts, labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to install copper and fiber optic outside cable plants from designated locations to designated locations, install manholes, handholes, and pedestals and terminate and spice copper and fiber cables in handholes manholes, pedestals' and building communications closets. All work is to be completed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and resultant contract documents. QUESTIONS DEADLINE: All questions, concerns, verfications or clarification of information regarding this solicitation, scope and any documents included in the solicitaiton package shall be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist listed above no later than 10:00 AM (CST) on 12 January 2024. Include in the subject of the email the Government's solicitation number; failure to do so will lessen the Government's ability to ensure all questions are considered during the bidding process. PERIOD OF PERFOMANCE: 8 February 2024 - 7 February 2025 with two (2) one-year option years The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
