This project consists of the construction of a new building located in Tishomingo, OK. The proposed building will be approximately 16,474 sq ft single story building with sixty five parking spaces located around the Child Development Center. As of January 23, 2024, a general contractor has been selected. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft payable to Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce, Construction Services. U.S. government bonds or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted. The successful bidder shall be required to execute satisfactory PAYMENT, PERFORMANCE and DEFECT BONDS for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount as security for faithful performance of the contract, for payment of all persons performing labor under this contract, the furnishing of materials in connection with this contract and warranty assurance for the one - year period after completion as specified in Section 01 30 00 Administrative Requirements included herein.
