The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: o EROSION CONTROL BMP's including mulch, tree save fence, temporary grassing, inlet sediment trap, silt fence, and sodding. o SITE WORK including clearing & grubbing, demolition of stormwater structures, trees and rock excavation/demolition, grading and excavation. o CONCRETE PAVING including remove and replace concrete curb & gutter. o STORM DRAIN STRUCTURES INSTALLATION including storm sewer manhole, headwall, and rip rap. o STORM DRAIN PIPE INSTALLATION including HDPE (Solid Dual Wall Pipe), exacavation, bedding, compaction, and dewatering. o Re-grout all exist. structures & site clearing. o The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications. o All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. o The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project.
