The City of Lawrenceville is bidding the installation of approximately 8,600 feet of 6-inch steel and 3,750 feet of 4-inch PE, and 300 feet of 2 PE on Grayson Hwy., Ezzard St., and New Hope Rd./Sandalwood Cir. The City is seeking a supplier to store and work with the awarded Contractor to provide just in time delivery over the 180 consecutive days of the project. Question Deadline 11/27/2023 at 3:00 PM ET Questions regarding bids should be directed to Steve Murray, Purchasing Director, at steve.murray@lawrencevillega.org A five percent (5%) bid bond, a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond, and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond must be furnished to City of Lawrenceville for any bid as required in bid package or document. Failure to observe any of the instructions or conditions in this invitation to bid may constitute grounds for rejection of bid. Award will be made to the supplier submitting the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities, and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety.
