Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes minor pedestrian improvements; including the removal and replacement of existing curb and gutter and concrete sidewalks, site grading, erosion control, storm water system, patch, crack seal and seal coat, striping, pavement markings, and pedestrian lighting relocation. A five percent (5%) bid bond must be submitted with the bid. Successful contractor will be required to provide a one hundred percent (100%) payment and one hundred percent (100%) performance bond as well as an insurance certificate fulfilling requirements as stated in the bid documents. Questions regarding bids should be directed in writing to Steve Murray, Purchasing Director at steve.murray@lawrencevillega.org no later than 3:00 P.M. on November 30, 2023. The Work shall be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. Bids may be split or awarded in entirety.
