Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work consists of installation of LAN Cabling (Division 27) for the above building addition. Bids must be accompanied by an AIA Document A310 Bid Bond (2010) made payable to Gwinnett County Public Schools, in an amount equal to 5 percent of the Base Bid price. (Certified, or personal, checks not acceptable.) The successful Bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the Contract Sum. These bonds are to be executed by a Surety Company licensed to do business in the State of Georgia, listed on "Department of the Treasury Circular 570", latest edition, and have an A.M. Best Company rating of at least Class "A", with a Financial Size of VI or better. Bonds must be accompanied by letter stating company's current Owner/Contractor agreement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding, and to award a contract for any part of the work, or the job as a whole
