Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Demolition, Grading, Concrete, Asphalt Paving, Striping, Erosion Control, and Curb & Gutter Contractor is responsible for all required permits Construction should be done during normal working hours. All materials must be on hand before construction is to begin. A Certified or Cashiers Check payable to the City of Lawrenceville or a Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must be submitted with the bid. Successful bidder will be required to furnish a payment and performance bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid amount. The City of Lawrenceville reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest. The City reserves the option to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing with the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) at its discretion. "Liquidated Damages" shall mean the negotiated sum of which the Bidder agrees to pay for each consecutive working day beyond the Contract Time required to complete the work. Question Deadline 11/15/2023 at 3:00 PM ET The Work shall be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days.
