The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to Provide Planning and Scoping Services for the Sugarloaf Parkway (Old Norcross Road to SR 124/Scenic Highway) Roadway Widening Project for the Department of Transportation. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, Department of Transportation, Pre-Construction Division invites you to submit a proposal responsive to the items outlined in this request for proposals to provide a feasibility study and conceptual designs for the proposed roadway widening improvements on Sugarloaf Parkway from Old Norcross Road to SR 124/Scenic Highway. The award will be made on the basis of the criteria as outlined in this proposal document.
