The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to Provide Planning and Scoping Services for the Sugarloaf Parkway (Old Norcross Road to SR 124/Scenic Highway) Roadway Widening Project for the Department of Transportation. The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners, Department of Transportation, Pre-Construction Division invites you to submit a proposal responsive to the items outlined in this request for proposals to provide a feasibility study and conceptual designs for the proposed roadway widening improvements on Sugarloaf Parkway from Old Norcross Road to SR 124/Scenic Highway. The award will be made on the basis of the criteria as outlined in this proposal document. Questions regarding proposals should be directed to Olivia Graves, Purchasing Associate II at olivia.graves@gwinnettcounty.com or by calling 770-822-8734, no later than 1:00 pm October 25, 2023. Proposals are legal and binding upon the vendor when submitted. One (1) unbound single sided original and four (4) bound copies of your proposal should be submitted.
