Stewart Street Riverside Park and Crockett Lift Stations Equipment The City of Brownwood will receive proposals to purchase equipment for their Crockett, Stewart Street, and Riverside Park LiftStations facilities at 2101 Crockett, 1509 Stewart Street, and 1100Riverside Park Dr. Brownwood, Texas 76801. The City of Brownwood reserves the right to reject any or all quotes or to waive any informalities in the procurement process. Vendors interested visiting the sites can contact Kevin Scalley at k .callev@brow11woodtexa.gov for arrangements. Question Deadline 01/02/2024 at 2:00 PM CT No oral interpretations will be made to any vendor. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to John Greed@publicmgt.com) no less than seven (7) days prior to the due date. If the work is not completed within the time stipulated in the applicable bid for Lump Sum or Unit Price Agreement provided, the Vendor shall pay to the City as fixed, agreed, and liquidated damages (it being impossible to determine the actual damages occasioned by the delay) the amount of$100 for each calendar day of delay, until the work is completed. The Vendor and Vendor's sureties shall be liable to the City for the amount thereof. Since the actual damages for any delay in completion of the work under this agreement are impossible to determine, the City reserves the right to levy liquidated damages in the amount of $100 per calendar day beyond the Agreement Period (see above) for any unreasonable delay in equipment.
