S&W 92301-EP: IEC INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS - PROCUREMENT PACKAGE #1 This Project entails the procurement of water and wastewater infrastructure materials and equipment. Bidders can submit bids on one or more of the following Bid Divisions: - Division A - Piping and Fittings - Division B - Emergency Generators - Division C - Water Storage Tank The Board of Commissioners of St. Joseph County, Indiana and the St. Joseph County Redevelopment Commission reserve the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the ones which, in its judgment will be to the best interest of St. Joseph County, Indiana. The Board of Commissioners of St. Joseph County, Indiana and the St. Joseph County Redevelopment Commission also reserve the right to hold Bids up to 60 calendar days from the receipt of the Bid. Said bids must be accompanied with a Certified Check made payable to St. Joseph County, Indiana or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and surety company in a sum of not less than ten percent [10%] of the total amount of the bid, together with a non-collusive affidavit as prescribed in Form 96, Revised 2013.
