Site work, new construction and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in South Bend, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Work includes rehabilitation of riverwalk trails and the portage along the edge of St. Joseph River between Colfax Avenue and Seitz Park and includes construction of site improvements within Seitz Park including but not limited to concrete sidewalks, retaining walls, planters, site lighting and landscaping as well as a new park pavilion and event stage in South Bend, all more particularly described in plans and specifications prepared by SmithGroup, Inc., phone 734-662-4457. The project is divisible into two packages: Bid Package No. 1 (Divisions A through E, which may be awarded in any combination to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder) and Bid Package No. 2 (Division F).
