Work to be performed shall include furnishing all labor, services, materials, insurance, and equipment to construct the streetscape improvements along the 3400 block of South Michigan Street, including the southern right-of-way along Dean Street, eastern right-of-way along South Main Street, and the northern right-of-way along Sherwood Avenue, according to the intent of the plans and specifications within the City of South Bend. Work elements include the removal of drive approaches, construction of concrete curbing, concrete sidewalk, concrete drive approaches, street lighting, fence installation, tree installation and turf seeding. Any questions about bidding conditions must be addressed to the Owner in writing no later than February 16, 2021. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept a full or partial award of the bid or bids which, in its judgment, will be to the best interests of the City of South Bend.
