Renovation of an educational facility in Mililani, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Driveway Bus Drop-off Area a. Contractor purchase and install four (4) Kunkel Works RSC 50.54-H23 cantilever units to create a drop off/pick up shelter. b. Footing for units will be in the grass area adjacent to the walkway. 2. Building D, Agriculture Area a. The area to be shaded shall be cleared and grubbed. i. All waste material shall be removed and disposed of off-site. ii. Area shall be graded level and compacted to 95% relative compaction. b. Concrete Slab i. Concrete area shall be 20' x 40'. The concrete slab shall be 4" thick with a 6" thickened edge around the perimeter. There shall also be a connecting walkway between the new slab and the existing concrete walkway. ii. Concrete reinforcing shall be a single continuous #4 rebar in the thickened edge and 6 x 6 x 10 galvanized welded wire fabric throughout. iii. The concrete finish shall be a light broom finish and have a 1/2 " bullnose edge. iv. Crack control joints shall be cut at 10' in both directions c. Contractor shall Purchase and install two (2) Kunkel Works PJW 57.60 - Dome units.
