Requisition Nbr: R2025000030 Document Nbr: D2025000047 Start of Service Date: 09/15/2025 End of Service Date: 03/15/2027 1. SCOPE OF WORK: a. This project consists of furnishing and paying for all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete all mechanical and civil work at Mililani Wells I in accordance with the plans and specifications, in place complete and ready for operation. This project consists of the replacement of aboveground valves and appurtenances, coating and painting valves and appurtenances, and replacing a 24- inch gate valve located in a vault. b. The scope of work identified in this section is the minimum required experience as it pertains to the contractor questionnaire in the Bid Solicitation. i. Removal and installation of valves, piping, and appurtenances on a potable water system. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 QUESTIONS: Vendors having questions regarding the project must submit them in writing to the Contact Person. Questions must be received no later than 10 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
