Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Irving, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to install complete in place approximately 1,865 linear feet of promenade, sidewalk, walk and ramp pavement, retaining walls, architectural pergola, safety railing, lighting/electrical, benches and litter receptacle, irrigation, trees and turf grass to complete this project in the City of Irving. The project is located at 600 Promenade Parkway, Irving, Texas 75039. Please see the DART License Procedures attachment for DART requirements associated with this project. The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please contact the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal. It is understood that the switchback ramps were originally proposed to be supported by structural walls over straight shaft piers. It is further understood that the ramps will be for accessibility purposes and for potential maintenance vehicles and large mowers. The switchback ramps will connect to a new proposed 15 foot wide concrete sidewalk and a pavestone sidewalk near the water's edge of Lake Carolyn. The proposed sidewalk will extend north to another new proposed switchback ramp that will connect to the existing pedestrian bridge located southwest from the intersection of West Northwest Highway and Riverside Drive.
