Demo and properly dispose of concrete, rebar, joint control material and asphalt. Scarify and excavate existing base material, fill and compact. Install rebar, concrete, asphalt and control joint material and sealant for the apron at H115. H2805 to saw cut concrete. Demo and properly dispose of concrete, rebar and control joint material. Clean demoed concrete areas. Scarify and excavate existing base material, fill and compact. Install control joints, rebar, concrete and control joint sealant. Clean existing asphalt and fog seal H2805. Description of the Work: DESIGN BUILD - Contractor shall provide all labor and equipment necessary to: CLIN 0001: Price for the entire work to saw cut concrete and asphalt. Demo and properly dispose of concrete, rebar, joint control material and asphalt. Scarify and excavate existing base material, fill and compact. Install rebar, concrete, asphalt and control joint material and sealant for the apron at H115. CLIN 0002: Price for the entire work to saw cut concrete. Demo and properly dispose of concrete, rebar and control joint material. Clean demoed concrete areas. Scarify and excavate existing base material, fill and compact. Install control joints, rebar, concrete and control joint sealant. Clean existing asphalt and fog seal H2805. Estimated Budget Amount or Price Range: The Design Build amount is $466,145.61.
