Site work, renovation and addition to a fire / police facility in Shirley, Indiana. Working plans call for the addition of a 9,999-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and for the renovation of a 4,098-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility.
As of 4/11/2024 All bids have been rejected. Will rebid at a later date Fire Station Addition and Remodel A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Indiana, payable without condition, to the Town of Shirley, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and surety company in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Any deviation from the bid documents must be explained by the bidder. The Council shall require each bidder to submit a financial statement, a statement of experience, plans for performing the work, and the equipment the bidder has available to do the work. The Town of Shirley reserves the right to reject any bid for any items that are contrary to the good of the town. The awarding of this construction contract for the project will be subject to the Town of Shirley having sufficient funds available. Each bidder shall be required to comply with IC 36-1-12-4 and IC 5-16-13-11 and the provisions therein, including e-verify laws Estimated Award Date: 04/10/2024
