The Contract Documents, consisting of the Advertisement for Bids, Information to Bidders, Bid Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Conditions, Bonds, Drawings, Specifications and Addenda may be examined at the following locations: Tioga County Department of Public Works 477 State Route 96 Owego, NY 13827 Contract Documents will not be mailed until payment is received by the County. Only those who have purchased Contract Documents will be provided addenda. All questions prior to the bid opening must be received by the close of business on December 12, 2023 and should be directed to Gregory J. Barr, PE at barrg@hunt-eas.com.. All bidders request for information shall use the form located in specification 00 12 00 - Request for Information. Bids must be made in writing on the forms furnished and shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds and provide insurance in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Statement in order to be considered. Tioga County is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
