The work site is located in the sandhills, so sand is the predominate soil type. I have attached a single report from Web Soil Survey, but there are numerous reports that can be generated on the site. Also, the lat/long for the pumphouse is 41.901722, -100.306267 so that potential bidders are can generate reports at their discretion. We also do not have as-built drawings for the existing pumphouse, we were not given any by the contractor that initially installed the building. It is a precast concrete structure that is approximately 11' wide by 12' long and 10' tall with 4" thick walls and a 5" thick floor.
