Lehi City is seeking a qualified contractor for the lining rehabilitation of concrete sewer mainline pipe for two areas within the city. Area #1: approximately 1400 West 1500 North, Lehi, UT 84043 Area #2: approximately 1100 West 300 South, Lehi, UT 84043 SCOPE OF WORK The contractor will complete all construction aspects of the project required in the attached documents and in this document. The attached documents will be the guide for the project and all aspects of those documents need to be taken into account when responding to this RFB. Please note that the length of the pipe for both areas are approximations. It will be expected that the selected contractor will measure the exact distance of pipe needed for each area. Area #2: this is a 15-inch concrete pipe for approximately 1500 feet. The pipe will be lined on 1100 West from 300 South to 700 South. In addition to lining the concrete sewer mainline pipe, this project will include notification of residents 48 hours prior to a section being lined. In addition, the contractor will be expected to bypass the sewer as needed, create a traffic control plan that will be approved by the Public Works Department prior to work beginning, and re-establish existing sewer laterals in the mainline.
