Ashland Water Treatment Facility (WTF) Upgrades - Site Preparation & Electrical and Chemical Tank Relocation This project includes the construction of water treatment plant facility upgrades at the existing Ashland Water Treatment Facility. The improvements will include modifications to the ozone treatment system, new pre-treatment basins capable of 60 MGD, associated residuals handling facilities and hydraulic improvements for up to 120 MGD. This Bid includes multiple site preparation and electrical packages: Site Clearing and Grubbing/SWPPP, Site Demolition, Concrete, Chemical Piping, and Electrical.
